Justyna Ennis

Justyna grew up in the Comox Valley. She raised her family here. And she's been immersed in real estate since 2012, working alongside her husband Sam long before earning her own license. Since becoming licensed in 2022, she has helped people buy and sell some of the most meaningful properties in this region.

Real estate intersects with the biggest moments of people's lives. Justyna has never lost sight of that. It's why she approaches every transaction with the same level of care and strategy, every time.

Justyna leads the Alpine to Ocean Real Estate Group alongside her husband Sam, who has been licensed since 2010. Together they've built a team rooted in systems, strategy, and genuine long term relationships. The goal has never been to close deals. It's been to make sure every client makes the right move, at the right time, with the right information.

Justyna brings a depth of market knowledge that only comes from a decade on the ground before she ever wrote a contract, paired with the discipline of a systems-driven business built alongside Sam. Outside of real estate, Justyna is usually found walking her two dogs, deep in an audiobook, or working through pilates, strength training, or kundalini yoga. Personal growth isn't a side interest for her, it's part of how she shows up for her clients too. 

Justyna and Sam built their business on one idea: do right by the client, every time, no exceptions. That's still how they work today.
