Meet Alpine to Ocean Real Estate Group

Some people end up in real estate. We chose it on purpose.

Not because it was the obvious next step, but because we saw a gap in the Comox Valley market and decided to fill it ourselves. We wanted to be the kind of realtors we felt this community deserved and frankly, the kind we wished we had when we were buying and selling our own homes. Honest. Reliable. Hard working. And genuinely, always, in our clients' corner.

That is the foundation Alpine to Ocean was built on. And it is still what drives everything we do.

Justyna Calls Comox Valley Home

Justyna moved to the Comox Valley in 1993 and has called it home ever since. After buying and selling her first two homes, she discovered something unexpected: she loved the process.

Sam Arrives From Vancouver

Sam arrived from Vancouver in 2004, bringing with him a background in construction that gave him an eye for homes that most agents simply do not have.

Sam Becomes Licensed

He became a licensed REALTOR® in 2010 and has been helping buyers and sellers across the Comox Valley ever since.

Building The Business Together

Justyna joined the business officially in 2012, working alongside Sam in every aspect of the operation.

Justyna Earns Her License

After years of working behind the scenes and alongside Sam, Justyna earned her own real estate license in 2022.

A first home that represents everything they have worked toward. A fresh start. A new chapter. We do not take that lightly, and we never have.

We are both helpers at heart. We love what we do because of the people we get to do it for, and there is nothing quite like seeing the look on a client's face when the keys are finally in their hand. That moment never gets old.

We are also big believers in doing the work. On ourselves, on our skills, and on our business. We have attended every Tony Robbins seminar, invested deeply in personal growth, and bring that same commitment to excellence into every transaction we are part of. We learn from every deal we close, and we are always asking how the next one can be even better.

A Little About Us Outside of Work

When we are not helping clients buy and sell homes, you will probably find us at the gym, out walking our two dogs Toby and Mabel, or diving into a book or seminar on personal development. We have three grown children, and building something meaningful to pass on to them is one of the things that motivates us most.

We are proud of what Alpine to Ocean has become, and even more excited about where it is going next.
